Our Story

Abe & Gizelle Patisserie has been a top rated patisserie in Sydney since the 2000's, starting off from a home oven to small patisserie in North Ryde, NSW and now a factory in Clyde, NSW. in the 1980's Our Executive Chef Gizelle Chalhoub came from Lebanon to join her brother at the Sheraton Hotel Group as a pastry chef. She grew up in the centre of Beirut in a family that was famous for their patisserie/cafe. With her skill & with Abe her husband's business expertise they developed a rapidly growing business to meet the demand of made-to order cakes for special occasions/functions and sydney's prestigous clubs/pubs and cafe's. She has gone onto win many awards for her work, including a Gold Award for dessert & cake-making at the annual Salon Culinaire Awards
